when i try to connect in the game to acsses multi player but it says i dont have the game but im IN the game in steam btw

PLS HELP. when i try to connect it says Authentication error on the auth server: Given username or email and password do not match any account, but in the forum i can perfeclly connect its in THE MULTI that i cannot connect
