It would be cool if the blueprint libraries could be different colors. It would go nicely with other stuff that can be colored. :D This would be a quick indicator on which book to use. I currently use multiple books because I split the plans up into what I consider logical groups. I have 3 libraries...

I have 4 deconstruction planners right now:

• General deconstruction
  Tree and Rock only
  Rail and Signal only
  Power Poles and substation only

It would be wonderful to have 1 book that I can shove these all in. It would be cool if the book could be red too.

I would absolutely say that this was the issue. I ended up just downloading the full installer from the website to fix the issue. The full installer replaced the missing test directory. Apparently I did remove the folder sometime in the past for a reason that I cannot remember. I would have to guess...
