[boskid][2.0.21] Disabled gun turret with 0 health, cannot deconstruct, won't die

Using a row of gun turrets connected by wire to enable/disable all them at once by signal. Several turrets are destroyed by demolisher's actions, then a few turrets get disconnected from wire and become disabled. Health decreases to zero, but those turrets won't die. After dealing with the ...

Re: [2.0.7] Inconsistent transport line groups - 2 belts on one tile

Do you have any clues about how to build such incorrect stack of belts?
I think it is related to force construction, and for me it was after smart belt failed due to not having enough undergrounds on inventory.

I got the same problem. I was building a belt with smart belt placement over a forest ...

Re: Friday Facts #428 - Reactor & Logistics circuit control

But gun turrets either require a requester chest each or a large belt with some fancy circuit conditions if you want to avoid just having a full belt of "backup" amo... and of course they require electricity too, for the inserters.
Before counting many funny mods possibilities (like Hauler from ...

I'm not sure (yet) about Bwuhuo or Vulcanus, but everybody knows that Nauvis (like Earth) is flat, not a globe :-P

Re: Friday Facts #388 - Smaller things for 2.0

It would be nice if the formula value was lazily evaluated β€” first time the value is calculated the formula is evaluated and and it's value remembered. Any time the formula (or channel) changes, the formula is re-evaluated. This would make them both performant and user-friendly. Something like in ...

Re: Friday Facts #389 - Train control improvements

IMO this makes LTN and Cybersyn almost irrelevant.
No, it dosn`t.
Train control is still flow-based, not request-based (like logistic drone network).

It is much better then 1.1 but still not sufficiently good.

I agree with main.psyhos, LTN Cybersyn and other train scheduling systems send ...

About the drama on Weight and the different inventories:

Re: 100x Research Increase Review (first 80 hours)

I reduced the biters evolution but I think I messed that up still as I'm fending off around 5k biters/spitters per 10 minutes at the moment and can't really wipe out alien bases particularly easy, and the pollution I'm producing is causing issues.
I don't know how much evolution you got at 80h ...

I mean, you refuse to put in a flare stack, incinerator, or etcetera to get rid of things you don't want on planets but you allow us to dump things overboard for space platforms?
What happened to your claim of not wanting to trivialize disposal of excess items? Because this does just that.

Re: Friday Facts #380 - Remote view

I like to use blueprints in large swaths at a time to plan ahead & make expansion easier. The problem is, as I reach mid/late game, this playstyle largely bars me from being able to use automated construction, as I have no control over which blueprints I actually want built, and those I don't .

I am not against the idea of a way to "magically" ride excess of anything in vanilla. Said that, I would like to give my opinion on some ideas here discussed.
