I'm also experiencing this. I have read a tip elsewhere: try to place down a space platform somewhere, it fixed the issue for me. (2.0.14)

I love Factorio mostly for how amazingly high quality it is.

PvP and Team production game modes' description text states that "This is a multiplayer-only scenario." , however this is not true since they can be played in single player as well.
