0.18.0 zip executable, windows. Unable to insert half-stack to burner inserters using ctrl + right click. I works as expected if I full stack insert into another entity first.

Working my way through the NPE/Campaign again, and cant figure out how to unlock the final 3 technologies. I've killed all the biter bases, caused an unending spawn, powered the radar, and started smelting in the electric smelters. Any help appreciated. base can be found attached in forum not a bug
