I had this same issue yesterday when I first launched the game. After I adjusted the interface scaling to (I think) 100% the issue went away completely and has not returned. Of note as well is that the interface was almost unreadable when I first launched the game. 15" 2013 MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz ...
