There is also the thing that duplicate keybindings only work with one of the functions. I espacially tested it with and picking up Items as well as getting into vehicles. It worked in 0.16 but doesn't work in 0.17.0 and 0.17.3 anymore.
Since there isn't a warning about duplicate keybinds this ...

Seeing something similar in 0.17.1 as well. I have the same action 'pickup items on the ground' bound to 'Keypad +', and that key is also bound to 'Larger Tile Building Area'. The Keypad + key does not work for picking up items. Can confirm this worked fine in 0.16 and before.
