Every time I load my save game, the inputs on the gasifier switch places on the Syngas recipe (40 coal gas, 100 water -> Ash, Syngas, Tar) and on the Power House for the Syngas to 600 deg Combustion Mixture recipe. It looks like you might have an issue with the zip file generation for 0.3.3. Loading the new version crashes the game at startup on linux. I attached a screenshot showing the zip file contents of both 0.2.7 and 0.3.3

0.11.16 is still broken on Debian stable x64, same glibc error as 0.11.15.

Time to roll back to 0.11.14 again.

I'm running into the same problem with 0.11.15, running Debian Wheezy x64.
