Map gen settings autoplace controls

Is it possible to lower the frequency of ores, enemy bases, etc lower than 17%? I love big huge enemy bases but even at the lowest setting they overlap a lot. Can I make then half as frequent somehow (mod, console command, etc)? Can I use a number instead of a slider somehow?

I don't mind people playing around with editing my mods, I consider that as learning, but, the licence does state that you're not supposed to distribute edited versions of my mods. Made some changes to Bob's Clock for my own satisfaction. I didn't want to release it as my own mod, but if anyone wants to use, here it is.

Regarding belts too fast to see the items move: I would like to have a belt tier, wich is too fast to be directly inserted or picked up from by inserters. That tier would be an expressway for items to be used in buses only. You would have to merge/split from/to lower belt tiers to add/remove items ...
