Unfortunately I can't, and it's occurring on both of the machines I have (Lenovo Thinkpad X1E and my desktop). It happens a ton when trying to save. Really unfortunate, I'll keep trying every few months and hopefully I can play again eventually.

I assume this means you aren't able to resolve this? This is(was I guess) my favorite game, but it's basically unplayable for me now.
