I am getting this same crash with nothing pinned in Helmod, and with a standard 16:9 monitor with 100% UI scaling.

its a feature, since the blueprint / book doesnt actually exist in your inventory, and as soon as you drop it goes back to the library.
If you drop it into your inventory first to keep it around it should scroll through as you expected it to.

[0.17.1] Mods GUI sorting backwards
When using the Mods GUI in game the sorting arrows are inverted. When the arrow is pointing down it should be Descending order but it shows in Ascending order. This is working as expected for Name and Version, but is inverted for Downloads, Trending, and Last Updated.

I was running tests earlier and noticed that (at least for cliffs) there was no change between 17% and 133% Frequency, they looked identical, however above 133% I did notice a slight increase in cliffs. I can post pictures if you would like.
