Not that it matters much for this report, but i wanted to share anyway: I've updated to High Sierra and i can now start the game without any problems!

If you click 'Report...' on the window that pops up it should have that text available to view/copy. Though perhaps that varies with OS version, don't remember when that was added. 0.17 not starting here as well. I'm on El Capitan. I'll try and update to High Sierra to see if that works.
On a sidenote: where do you get the crash report from? I want to check if i get the same thing you do.

Production tab: persist selected timespan
TL;DR I would love the option to persist the selected timespan on the production tab (P) What ? Say i've selected 10m instead of the default 5s on the production tab.
