Targeting priority based on the "vibration" level of the building. Miners cause a lot of vibration and are therefore a high priority target, while belts and inserters don't vibrate much at all and are therefore low on the target list. I think someone already said this, but I'd like to second it. I want bigger versions so they're easier to see.

Maybe 1x2 (for text only?) like Nixie tubes. or 2x2.

My partner and I wanted to know how many of each resource we would need in order to create X of each science pack. So I made a spreadsheet to answer this.
