It would be great to have an electric delivery system that would put limits on amount of power supplied with wooden lines, medium lines, and would require step down from high tension wires.

Also instead of items going underground they could also go above ground

It would be great to have a recycle center whereby you could place obsolete or overproduced items and have them broken down into source materials. also a sorting machine would be good..
