Figured out the issue. Rivatuner/Afterburner caused the issue. I'll have to try an update and see if it still happens. If so, I'll not be using those anymore.

No problems before 16.50 update came in. When I load the game, it's like it always has been, but every time on the dot after 15 seconds the game crashes to desktop.
