I completed New Hope levels 01 and 02, and now just started 03, by following the prompts "Next Level" after each is completed. Now when I start from the main menu and choose Campaign > New Hope, it only displays Level 01 and Level 03 as choices, Level 02 is missing even though I've obvious...
