Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion
warning for all: When it comes to the new glass works buildings in come cases (mk2-4 and modules) the power usage can increase enough enough that not all fluids can fully satisfy the power of the building (since it can only burn 600/s) so H2 is not enough as fuel from a point on NOTE a MK4 with full...

Re: pY Coal Processing - Discussion
Glassworks fuel? I saw another post that said "Any liquid with a fuel value" but that's also something completely unable to be determined in game. I've got coal gas already as that was an ingredient, but need it elsewhere too. Liquid fuels need a fuel value tool tip. Or the glassworks and...

Re: pY HighTech Discussion
With the new fuel fluids for the glass works, where is the MJ/fluid listed? The standard crafting screen does not show it. We have WIIRUF installed and it doesn't show it. The only place I've found is looking at a Glassworks actively burning a fluid. it is in mod files , and it is displaied in the ...

Re: pY Alien Life - Discussion
Is it intended that composting phytoplankton gives 40 biomass for 10 units of fluid? It seems too good to be true compared to the other composting recipes and the proportion of "free" energy gained if you convert the biomass into raw coal and its products. phytoplankton is SLOW also there...

Re: Helmod (non-)issue with Pysuite
I had the same thing happen to me. 'Why does this say it needs coa--- ohhhhhhhh'. Also somewhat important to know with the new glassworks. For some reason my Helmod defaulted to Methanol, and I was extremely confused because I don't have Methanol unlocked yet. I had to come to the forums to realize...

Re: pY Alien Life - Discussion
Thanks! I've got a follow up question. Currently searching for a bio reserve. It should spawn in newly created junks, right? Does "enable custom pymods resource generator" affect the spawning of AlienLife resources in any way? Should it stay disabled? you should get one close to spawn you...

Re: Why no loop back on Fawogae?
good question
and yes i think those collectors are slow too
but i would also like a loop there since it would reduce massively the footprint

Re: Biomass/CO2
biomass in in a weird place atm
i suggest useing spores and ralesia seeds for biomass
also the soil separation recipe is good the limestone can be used to make seaweed and the weed can be composted too
plancton is sorta slow so not great

Re: pY Petroleum Handling
try lube from aromatics
and yes things are weird now without vanilla oil
Loil has little use now except power making and solid fuel for trains
hoil also has litle uses now
and yes i know there are small amounts needed for metals but that is by far not a large amount

Re: Some small mistakes I found
no prod modules in any pyAl organic based recipes. Raising pups into adult animals in the Creature Chamber also accepts prod modules, and can also (for some animals) return extra cages. I guess that'll go away too? what does make extra cages? also apparently there is a bit of wigle room with prod m...

Re: Animals and their uses
From what I have seen For manure, early is auogs due to simplest recipe and no plant dependency. Mid game, a combo of ulric (quality food) and mukmoux (with food). Early game, fish for everything. A large fish farm will supply all of the body part needs and urea needs for well past c1 automation. b...
