Nevermind I fixed it, an empty file with the same label as the mod was causing the issue.

My issue is only with the mod "angel's infinite ores" but i believe it is more of an issue with the portal then the mod. The mod was previously downloaded then accidentally deleted and when I tried to download it i got the loading bar as usual. The issue is that when the mod finishes downl...
