@Jap No they are different. regular is UP and DOWN, ALTs are Mouse Wheel up and down respectively. i dont have a mouse (playing on a laptop).

I have tried reverting to multiple previous 0.15 versions and the latest 0.16 experimental version and have not been able to get world view to work from the map.
