I recently fired many artillery shells and some of them did not reveal new territory, except for the tile in which the shell lands. My game crashed while attempting to use the flame-thrower. The crash occurred shortly after using an artillery train. It is possible that I designated targets to attack and then ran out of ammo for the artillery.
