I have set sound quality to 32 bit and 384 kHz, and Factorio is completely silent now. Can I have sounds ingame without changing quality settings?

I have reinstalled Windows and lost all my blueprints. Could you please tell me what files are in charge of my own blueprints and where does the game keep it, because I have the drive backup to get the files from it.
