Check if you removed the semicolon in the line of the setting, right at the beginning of that line, do not edit any other lines.

removed it and it worked. didn't read the top part.

Try updating the razer driver or deactivate razer chroma in the settings file.

Tried both, nothing.
Post the log with deactivated Razer Chroma then.

Factorio crashes on startup, always on 40%.
