I checked it yesterday and the FPS drops disappeared around my Steam Engines after i turned off Smoke in the Settings. I still have some FPS drops but these don't seem to be connected to the smoke issue.

Hi,
i also have regular FPS drops and i always thought this was caused by the latest Windows 10 Creators Update or my GPU Drivers (both up to date) since my Graphics Card is never really busy playing Factorio. I never tought about it being an issue with the smoke. Will check this later today and ...
