My problem is resolved ! :

Malwarebytes and AVAST were disabled but still they were blocking the launch of the game / file.

I have added all the files called factorio.png, factorio-icon.png etc to exclusions in all my security programs (AVAST Premium, Malwarebytes and IObit Malware Fighter) also ...
