Looking at the logs... the versions are different... in PC3 I didn't opt in to the beta channel...

So I updated PC3 to the latest beta and sure enough everything works. Please kill me, I can't bear the shame.

Hello, it is a bug of save migration indeed. It is fixed for the next version (0.16.14)
