Confirmed. 0.16.14 fixed it and now she does not have duplicate requests! Good job and thanks!

Log from when she tries to host and it fails to even load the map:

It reliably crashes the second the second player takes a step. From the logs, we also had a theory of having her remove items from her logistics slots, but it still crashed while she was doing that (auto save might have kicked in at the same time)
