Yes I do.

I tried running the game in windowed mode and had the same issue btw.

After alt tabbing from a game I am unable to mine or mouse over anything in the game world. I'm still able to open the crafting menu craft items and shoot guns. This happens every time I alt+tab. The only way to fix is to restart the game entirely reloading the save doesn't work.
