But I think I found the solution myself:
In the settings of the driver Nvidia for factorio.exe i change the type of V-sync
I had an Fast sync, and changed to Application Controlled and DirectX API work again.

All worked fine with the GTX 440 graphics card, but after replacing the GTX 1060, the game stopped loading.
Current Driver Version 388.00

P.S.
I know that with the option --forсeopengl everything will work, but why did not it work with DirectX API?
