Oops... I think I tested chopping the tree down soon after the robot failed to deliver items, and I didn't see the wood on the ground. The lack of the "inventory full" message tricked me.

My mistake. Thanks for double checking.

Reproduction steps:

1. Have a full inventory with no wood in it.
2. Have free trash slots.
3. Set auto-trash to trash all wood.
4. Deconstruct tree with personal robot.

Observed Result:
Robot returns with wood, "Inventory full" message pops up and bot begins following you around with the wood ...

This may just be a misunderstanding due to their definition of "not-a-bug". Just because the current behavior is intended, doesn't mean it's permanently intended.
