Confirmed on mine as well. Cancelled current queued item (Mining Productivity 11), and crashes when closing research screen.

I can confirm ONE electrical network issue was resolved with 16.3, but the getDemand bug remains.

[16.2] Crash: redmew MP Server on: "ElectricSubNetwork::decrementLampCounts"

Good day - The redmew Multiplayer server was running a Vanilla, no mods load, looks about 7 hours old, and crashed. Server is a linux system. Game crashes even when I downloaded the autosave locally into a Windows 10 environment. Attached is the save file, most relevant code line seems to be 167.058...
