Ah, i found the error. ^^
You need this Line:

data.raw["assembling-machine"]["chipshooter"].ingredient_count = 15

Then it loads and the Building is shown as factory to build the advanced Circuit. But i cant test it to produce the advanced Circuit, because i havent the items :-D but i think it ...

Koarhil has a extra File named "override_machine.lua"
i dont know that you can write this in overrides-Higtech.lua file
