when i try to change my email on my account, i put in the new email but when i click submit it says email doesn't match. how do i change it?

it took a lot of messing around and stuff on my account but i finely got it back

about a year after I bought the game, my solid state drive broke and I lost the game. I'd have to pay for the game again and I'm not doing that. what do I do?
