Easy solution to this problem is to not have that siding there and instead, use a signal to cut the endloop into 2 blocks, one containing the stop itself, the other, the exit path back onto the 2-way rail system. What happens is this: train 1 goes to station, train 2 won't be allowed to go into 2 ...

Well didnt thought about that...
