I suspect, as others have said, if you want longer playthrus you'll have to change your playstyle, because in any game there will be a limit where getting bigger game files requires more computer resources which will result in less performance.
So, the fix is tougher mods that take longer to get to ...

Attached please find the save game and log file. I crashed to desktop and got the popup to submit log files.

Is it possible to automatically mark Stage 3 Trees for Deconstruction?
I'd like to either automatically have trees marked for deconstruction when they turn Stage 3 (I think it is labeled as "progress" in the debug mode), or have the ability in the Deconstruction planner to just select stage 3 trees for deconstruction.
