The funny part is that you can't "steal" something in this context unless the owner no longer has the thing you stolen from them.

Funny how if you pirate a game, they call it theft and "you wouldn't steal a car", but if you're trying to sell it like a car, it's suddently not an ownable product anymore because "something something license agreement".
