I use the "caps:swapescape" Xkb option, which basically switches the functions of the capslock and escape keys system-wide (well, in the X session). This is quite useful in a lot of applications that require frequent escape key presses (like vim or factorio) because it makes it much easier...

No, at the time of all those desyncs, it was completely vanilla.

Two more possibly related desyncs: the first one when the small 1-1-1 train arrived at "PQ Smelter" and the second one when it was changed from automatic to manual mode (wasn't there for that one, so not much more info)
