Re: [MOD 0.16] Charge Transmission - Wireless Bot Charging
Having done my fair share of consulting on this i can say it was a pita to get it working in the first place. So good look to anyone who wants to try to get it to work again if the old methods don't work anymore. Some of my old posts may contain still unused hacks that may still work. Ordernig ...

Re: [MOD 0.16] Charge Transmission - Wireless Bot Charging
I've been "gone" from the forums for about one and a half years (life takes its taxes ._.) and a lot has been happening here, I see. First of all, I'm really glad that so much has been done and worked. Great! :)

Re: [0.17.45] Arithmetic Combinator: right-shift (>>) not working correctly on negative numbers
Ah, I see. So It's indeed what your C/C++ implementation does. Thanks for the quick answers, that was basically all I wondered. :)
Actually, considering it's the arithmetic combinator, not the logical, I could have expected that it does arithmetic shift, not logical. It just never occurred to me ...

[0.17.45] Arithmetic Combinator: right-shift (>>) not working correctly on negative numbers
One of the combinator bugs that have been bugging me (  ) for a long time now. Finally having the resolve to open a bug thread. I've been looking up and down the reports, known issues etc., apologies if it's already been reported.

@Mobius1
Also note that this mod's de construction will conflict with the "Automatic Train Deconstruction" mod:

Re: [MOD 0.15] Automatic train deployment
I'm going to need a bit more information to help you with that. What are you trying to do? What result are you expecting? What happens instead? Does the save file attached in the OP work?
For the modded trains it would also be great to know in what way it does not work and what mod you're having ...

Re: [MOD 0.15] Circuit Network Switch
Actually I picked A because it's short for address, not because it's first. Each memory cell is then written to with the signals A=1, A=2, A=3 etc. (...) I will only make circuits with one specific goal until we get Programmable Controllers to a state where they can be used for real. I have high ...

Re: [MOD 0.15] Charge Transmission - Wireless Bot Charging
Great, the forum just logged me out again, while i was writing, and the text is gone. Seems like I take too long to write a post. -_-"

Re: Movie Player
Now, the next question is, can we build a turing-complete computer in factorio? Should be possible.
Yes. It has been done, many times.
I have:

Re: [MOD 0.15] Circuit Network Switch
Hey, thanks for answering, I appreciate it a lot. :) TBH, I expected no one would bother reading such an unnecessarily long post, let alone answer. ;)

Re: [MOD 0.15] Charge Transmission - Wireless Bot Charging
Hi Dustine & community, thanks for this great and elaborated mod. :) In particular, thanks that it is so small! Great for people with slow internet connections. Some config-only-mods can be huge, but yours is just right. :)

Username change?
Hey all,
hope this is the right place for "forum support" questions. :) I chose a pretty annoying-to-type username, since I hoped I could login with my email address, or choose separate display names and login names later on. But, well... You can't do that. :D So, is it allowed to change your ...

Re: [MOD 0.15] Circuit Network Switch
Hi there :) /
I found one or two bugs related to blueprints.
I figured out a way to make a memory cell out of two switches and a decider combinator. After confirming that it works as intended in my setup (might need update signal to be present for more than one tick) I made a blueprint and ...
