Assuming it was the last save you were playing, the 3 autosaves may be of it. They'll be a few minutes old, so you'll lose the very last things you did, but with any luck they'll work.

You are looking into a folder where you have unzipped or installed Factorio, not to AppData.
Hit Win+R on your keyboard, enter %APPDATA%\Factorio and click OK
