A method I found working well for me is to have the pumps compare the negative average of all tank's content to the content of their individual tank and pump in only when the difference is smaller than zero. I haven't found this solution by myself; I got it from a post describing the solution ...

My kovarex setup.
Kovarex machine that will start on its own and output only the created U235, provided you let in the ingredients on the appropriate belts. At each node, the quantity used for the last cycle will always be put back into the centrifuge.

I ran Memtest86+ and Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and they turned up nothing.

It crashed one more time.
I'm sorry I didn't run a memtest yet, but here is the last log, along with the last autosave, just in case the log might tell you if it is random or specific.

Based on the games Starcraft and UFO Aftermath, Why not allow the Spawners to just make that organic floor creep around their base? with this indicator you can code the creep to disallow the player from placing any buildings within that territorry. the floor creep would also just go away slowly ...
