This is a link to the modpack the server is using that I downloaded tonight after deleting all mods. Previously, I had downloaded each mod separately. Thank you for your help!

Ok I deleted ALL mods, and downloaded an exact, zipped copy of the server's mod folder. Unzipped as necessary into my mods folder (they show in my mods list), yet still desyncing. It didn't generate a desync report this time for whatever reason.
