is there some other solution in windows config or whatever? so that i dont have to install an extra program....for multiplayer!? in my oppinion this should not be necessary

Issue: I can Host a Multiplayer Game but this Message appears: "Failed to determine external IP address. Other players might not be able to connect." And in the bottom left: "Matching server connection resumed". My friend cant Join the Game!
