After upgrade from 0.14.23 (MS Windows (64 bit exe installer) to 0.15.28 I can not build a plane in 4. mission New Hope.
The objective states "Make enough plastics and build the plane".
Before upgrade there was a PLANE icon in military tab.
After upgrade there is no PLANE icon anywhere.
