Can you post the log with --force-opengl?
It seems to me to be graphics driver problem, unfortunately since it crashes when initializing DirectX and fails when initializing OpenGL, the log doesn't contain graphics driver version. It might be also worth a shot to disable Steam Overlay in Factorio ...

Hi, do you have RivaTuner Statistics Server installed? If so, disable it for Factorio or update it to version 7.0.0.

If not, try to open Factorio properties in Steam library and set launch options to --force-opengl

if i start factorio my dame dont launch an i get a whitescreen
