Something in 0.16.8 seems to have broken map compatibility. This save works in 0.16.7 but throws a dictionary ID error when loaded in 0.16.8. Only a few mods are being used. Loader Redux, RSO, and Upgrade Planner, iirc.

Which mods are dependent on which other mods? It seems like Smelting is dependent on Petrochem. Is that correct?

e: After some researching and checking the mod files, looks like that particular combination is in fact a dependency, with no way around it. Are there any other dependency combinations ...
