Edit: I think the video and save file might be two different saved games, but the error happens to me in both save files.

I noticed the error only occurs when in full-screen mode. If i shrink the window size, then the research menu behaves as expected.

I'm playing version 16.2, and in the research menu window, I am unable to click on a icon on the left side when the slider is all the way to the top (viewing the top most research items). If I scroll down the list even the smallest bit, then the icons are select-able again.

Ended up just uninstalling Steam all together. Reinstalled Steam and Factorio, working fine.

Tried, Windows said that I need permission to delete that folder. Require permission from dezeeuw2W10\dezeeuw2 to make changes to this folder. Not understanding that, I'm the only user on my laptop.
