This might not really be a bug, but it is very annoying, and can bring your factory to a halt. When you don't have space in your inventory, items are dropped to the floor. Can you please make it so that when this happens, item are not dropped on conveyors? Random items ending up on conveyors causes ...

Bug report: When I upgrade conveyors that have green circuits attached, the upgrade is successful, but the circuits are not applied to the upgraded conveyor at all.
