As far as I understood, the issue you linked is in regards to a personal roboport, which works just fine.
The stationary roboports are what cause trouble.

I covered my entire base with a concrete blueprint, placed about 500 worker bots in my logistics network and put a provider chest with concrete there.
At first, the bots began to work, but then quickly just returned to their roboports, as if the order was complete.
