I for one am deeply disappointed by the removal of red-desert-rock-medium 11. I shall miss it tremendously. That was my favorite entity and the game will just not be the same again... ever.

Thanks for the reply. I kind of like the idea of it being an endless game. Do we still have to kill aliens to harvest their eggs for purple sci packs? Or was that done away with in a new release?

As you discovered, the train contents is not sent to the circuit network unless the train is in AUTOMATIC mode. If it is in MANUAL mode, no contents or any other signal is sent to the network. If that logic is right, then the decider combinator can't prevent a zero value for the contents from being transmitted to the inserters, even if you put a condition on it. So then the solution with the constant combinator and the arithmetic combinator works because the inserters are checkng for a v...

I thought I had this solved by using combinators to only output the train contents when the train ID > 0. It doesn't solve the problem because of the fact that I have a condition on each inserter that checks the train contents. If it cannot read the train contents, then it will assume that it is zer...
