Of course you cannot set to Big Mining Drill, if you are not on Vulcanus.

But.

You cannot set the "Copper smelting" with copper ore. It always jumps to lava. Drives me crazy!

I started a new game around 2-3 weeks ago. And I am having the same issue. The rocket silo tech is still locked.
I looked around in the lua files ... the "rocket-fuel" got disabled, but the "rocket-silo" has it still as a requirement.
