Here's the reproduction:

1. Stand next to a locomotive and open its panel (such that you get the "schedule", "fuel", and "color" tabs)
2. Go to the "color" tab
3. Walk far enough away from the locomotive so that the "fuel" tab disappears
4. Go back to the "schedule" tab and the listbox's width will ...
